I am so happy that we decided to get our impact windows and doors through BNT. From the moment we met our salesman Tom, we knew we were in good hands! He knew so much about the products and was not pushy at all. We got other prices but came back to BNT because their price and turn around time was going to be the best. The guys doing the installation were great too! They covered everything before starting and cleaned up afterwards, it was hard to believe workers were actually in the house for 2 days. They showed up on time and everything looked amazing. My doors and windows passed inspection on the first try and even the inspector noted the good quality work they did! Marc followed up afterwards and made sure everything was working perfectly and inspected every door and window. The customer service from the ladies Brenda and Barb at the office was wonderful, they were patient and accommodating with our installation scheduling and payments. I am so happy we chose BNT and will continue to highly recommended them to friends, family and neighbors. We referred them to my in-laws and they are very happy also!

This company is garbage, John Stephens is a douche bag. I hired this company to replace the windows in my house. They assigned installers who were not professional, broke a few things like windowsills, then refused to honor their contract which included repairs. They were extremely difficult to deal with, especially the manager, John Stephens, who greeted my complaints with bad language. John Stephens will tell you anything to get the job, but they do not come through.

Bnt Was the first to come out and look at my house. The price was great with quality PGT windows! I chose them over 4 others and am happy with the choice. give them a call!
