Adam and his team promised if I switched to them I would have a brand new website in less than a week. 6 weeks later it was finally completed. I understand things take time and apparently there was trouble with developers, so I let it go and continued to push forward.

With a new website there's always going to be tweaks to make & things to fix. I compiled a short list for Adam & his team to review and correct. He took days to respond, would make promises that it would be done by a certain date, only to find out he did not keep his word. I tried to reach out again after several of my customer complained, but he has not returned my e-mails, texts or phone calls. He basically left me in the dump with not even an explanation.

It's been two months now. I have to hire other people since it's too complicated for me, especially since I'm running my business too. I'm just extremely disappointed by the unprofessionalism by someone who has supposedly been in this industry for 20 years. This is not how you're supposed to conduct business with anyone...
