        I had an appointment set for m...

        I had an appointment set for my exterior light right outside my front door to be replaced at 3pm of a very important event at my home (unfortunately, the previous fixture broke the day before). The woman who booked the service appointment PROMISED it would be done. I was counting on them because the Grief Support Group that meets at my home had 2 new members that night who would be uncomfortable entering my home in the dark. That morning I was called by Vozzcom and was told that they couldn't be there because their electrician was needed at a different job. I was unable to find another electrician for the job at the last minute and my entrance way was dark for my meeting. Luckily no one tripped or fell. I was promised they would be there, I had explained when making the appointment how important it was and I was assured they would be there and they would be finished in time for my meeting. They LIED!!!!!
