        Overall

        Corning Ny Police Department is not following proper procedures for complaints. I was told by LT Heverly that the chief would not call me back. Is this how you serve your community that pays you? This all started with Spaulding which seems to be a theme.

        Trying to contact spalding is a joke!! Always has an excuse or never available..If the rifle is legal give it back..CPD is a joke entirely..Seen many drinking in bars and hop in their vehicle and drive to the next but the next day will give you a dwi
