My mom and sister have have had terrible service and experince. Manager and staff takes no responsibility and blames customers. My sister had a tiny cavity and was filled 1 week ago. Since then, My mom has taken my sister back 5 times because the fill was not done properly and now has consistent pain. They are claiming that they don't know what it is. My sister had no pain, nor mayor cavity to have caused this fill and terrible experience. The last thing they said is that they will refer us to a specialist that will help that will charge $1300 and that we are responsible for it. DO NOT GO TO THIS PLACE. I do not understand how this place is in business.

Overall

I was a first time patient at Bright Now Dental. I went in for a cleaning and exam,. I was there for 3 hours and all I got was x-rays that I didn’t want taken and an exam. What I really wanted was my cleaning. I complained to the office manager about the wait and that didn’t help much. It just got me to the back to wait longer. I also feel that the staff is not honest and try to upsell or up treat you. They tried to tell me I needed the deep cleaning and the dentist said I had 6 cavities. I am going to get a second opinion about this because I eat great no sugar, floss and brush regularly and I am finding this hard to believe. What makes me mad is I have to find another dentist to receive my cleaning and they will want x-rays and I hate being expose to all that radiation. I am so frustrated, mad and will let everyone know about my experience. I know I can’t do to much damage but I know for sure I will keep a few people away from your office and I also sell dental insurance and I will make sure I will tell everyone my experience that I receive. Thank you for treating me like a dog! I have received better service from the IRS.

For the first time I was told that I could improve my dental conditions (with my efforts of course). That gave me incentive to work towards a healthy routine. I would like to thank the staff for giving me encouragement to increase my hygiene habits.

The only reason I keep going to this dental office is because of Dr. Indra's ability to do a great job at managing my expectations. She's quick, thorough and to the point.

Worst Dental Office Ever

My experience: I just got new insurance and Corona Dental is the home dental facility of the insurance so I went there. I have a 3 o'clock appointment for a cleaning. I show up at 2:58 with all my paperwork completed. Then they have me wait to be called. I wait for over 40 minutes and I was the only one in the waiting room. I get called in at 3:39pm and then they do x-rays. That takes exactly 20 minutes. At exactly 4p.m. the x-ray technician leads me to my seat/room. After a while, the dentist comes in with my x-rays. She LOOKS at my teeth. She doesn't even touch them with anything. She simply shined a light in my mouth and told me I had 8 cavities. Then she looks at my xrays and tells me I have one more inbetween my teeth. She attemptes to show me and it was very clear that there was NOTHING there. I went to nursing school for 2.5 years. I can read an xray. She kept trying to tell me and show on there a dark spot inbetween my teeth and I kept trying to show her on the same xray that there was no discoloration. Not to sound conceited, but I MODEL for a living. I have nice perfect teeth: straight, white. In high school, I had braces and I've never had a cavity or any tooth pain/sensitivety. The dentist told me I should get my teeth whitened AND a veneer! WHAT?!?!?!She leaves then has the secretary come back a long while later with an estimate. The secretary tells me I have not 8, but 12 cavities to pay for!!! The veneer would be a grand. They wanted to charge me $5000 in dental work and I would ONLY have to pay $2000 because of insurance. She then starts talking to me about payment plans and wants to set up an appointment. I tell her no. Then I wait some more. I'm still waiting for the hygenist. After waiting 1 hour and 10 minutes in the chair, I decide to leave. I didn't anticipate having to be there for over 2 hours. So I made an appointment a week later with Dr. Ron White of Riverside Dental Group for a second opinion. He re-took digital xrays and poked and prodded at my teeth. He couldn't find a single cavity and he was also appalled that she would say that without touching my teeth. Corona Dental really is out just for the money. I'm definitely getting a second opinion. ---Lovely 10/1/09

Corrupt and Unprofessional!!!

I went to Corona Dental and was told I needed $2,300 worth of dental work done. Esmeralda Sandoval had me apply for care credit which she said I was denied for even though my credit score is above 700, yet I did qualify for their dental plan by BrightNow. Four days after applying for the financial plan I went into the office and canceled my plan because I wanted to get a second opinion once in their office I had to wait because they couldn't locate my chart or find the correct forms for me to fill out. One month later Bright Now financing withdrew money from my account because Esmeralda Sandoval did not cancel my loan even though she told me she had. After over a month of being put on hold, lied to, and avoided by Esmeralda I finally got a refund. Then I received a bill for $220 for interest on my loan, and had to spend another 3 weeks settling that issue. I then went to another dentist and was told I DO NOT have 6 cavities but just ONE and that I do not need a crown on one of my teeth, or a vernier on another tooth, like I was told at Corona Dental. When I tried to speak to Esmeralda's superior I was also avoided, and never received a phone call back from the district manager. When I was at Corona Dental the employees were extremely unprofessional, they were in the halls texting on their phone, and the dentist was just as unprofessional, she never even told me the appointment ended, she just walked away. I have never in my whole life met or dealt with such an incompetent group of people then the employees at Corona Dental. I would never go there again or recommend this office to anyone.
