Bought a ring at Christmas as a gift. It is now January 14th and they still don't have it back from being sized. It has been almost a month.........every week they tell me it will be coming in for sure, yet here I am and still no ring. They don't know why, don't know how to resolve it, just keep promising me it will come in any day now. Although there prices are reasonable, their service is not worth it.
