The reason I contacted Dynamark Security Centers to install a home security system is their good will. Needless to say, they did more than what I had expected.

Beware if you don't notify this company in writing before contract is over they will automatically renew yearly. It doesn't matter if you call and speak to someone on the phone and tell them you don't want to continue on a contract they make you assume that you will not be renewed where in fact you will unless you notify them in writing. We are stuck with this service we don't want because I called to cancel over the phone. Never do you receive email or letter in mail notifying you of your contract being renewed they hope after a 3 year contract you forget to cancel. It's not in the best interest of the consumer. I spoke with Marisa and Selena without success to resolve my dilemma . Basically was told look at your contract " it's in black and white". It's not even about the money it's about their practices. Even my electric company notifies me when contract is ending and will be charged a higher kWh . A year is a long time to be taken advantage of.
