        The business advertises and presents itself as a Mercury service/repair facility. After having our boat for over a week, they informed us that they do not have the Mercury tool required to work on our Mercury engine and that we should take it elsewhere. I spoke with the owner to complain that she advertises her business as a Mercury facility when that is inaccurate. Ms. Holmes told me that was not my business to tell her how to advertise. She said that she would take back the one part she put on if I agreed to never return. She removed the part and my husband took the boat to another dealer.
