Very nice people and professional. Would definitely recommend for a quick, not costly, professional job!
I have been doing business with Paul and Jamie at Pro Automotive for 14 years and they are the only automotive shop that I trust to work on my vehicles. Pro Automotive offers quality work at a reasonable price by ACE certified mechanics...they are friendly and above all, they are HONEST! Been dealing with these guys for years and never had an issue. Initially went there in search of honest mechanics in Corpus. Not an easy task. Long story short, I refer anyone who asks about a shop and I have our company vehicles serviced there as well. Maybe the other reviewer's story is true, may be it is not. From my experience with Paul and his crew I've never had an incident.
Reported to the BBB. I told him I thought it was a problem with the transmission.Total rip-off. Replaced a steering gearbox costing me $1300. Problem was transmission oil was low. Claims he never heard me make mention of the transmission. Unbelievable!!!

To respond to the negative comment about a transmission problem the vehicle was an older BMW and the customer did talk of a clunk when turning. We have not and do not offer transmission repairs on automatic transmissions as if this were mentioned we would have immediately recommended a transmission facility. Our shop has for over 12 years offered honest repair work and fair prices in a timely manner.
