I wish there was a rating lower then one star.
I brought my phone there for a simple battery replacement, and they damaged the phone so it doesn't work at all. When I complained to the woman who claimed she was the manager (refused to give her name), she refused to even look at the phone to determine the problem. She only stated that I needed a new screen without even checking the phone.
This place is a rip off!!!

I don't recommend anyone go to this incompetent so-called repair service.

Very unsatisfied with my experience. This all started in march. I use my phone's camera for work. Went to replace my rear camera on my iPhone 7. Later I find they just replaced the glass. I picked up the phone and camera wasn't focusing correctly. Took it back and they charged me more saying I didn't pay for the camera just the glass lens. So I paid. Picked up my phone and the camera literally lasted 2 days before everything was blurry. Brought it back again, they ordered a new camera, week later replaced it, and once again it became blurry in a matter of days. Also when I picked it up, the rear camera glass they replaced was cracked again. Throughout this whole process a crack on my screen turned into shattered glass from them opening it up so many times. Brought it back to give them one more shot to make it right and they tried to charge me all over again. Would not recommend to anyone.

When I called, they said one hour repair. When I got there...within 1/2 hour....It would not be done until the next day (the hours showing on this page are wrong..by the way). No receipt possible...I just had to trust them with my phone. Next day I go to get it ... and nothing had been done to the phone....some lame excuse about not a full charge....how they could tell...I don't know, and why didn't they put it on a charge overnight...I don't know. I DO know....I won't be going there again.

Dropped my phone late on Halloween evening. 7 PM they were still open and took it in. Said they would have it fixed the next day

Very good customer service, prices are reasonable and repairs timely!! Please check prices with this company to compare before you have your phone repair by other repair shops!! Prices are better hear by 20% less.

They suck. Screen went black a week after repair. They fixed and screen qent black again 2 months later. They refused to fix and said there was a crack under the screen. Funny, the phone was in an otterbox and had a glass invisishield that had no scratches or cracks on it. They do crappy work and are too cheap to do it right. Not a coincidence that all reviews have the same problem. Stay away from these crooks.

DESPICABLE service. These people will not value you or your business for anything. They treat their customers terribly and damaged my phone while "repairing" it. They said that's what happens to all the phones when they repair them and they don't even bother telling you before they do it. They simply are not worth your business.

Please don't waste your time or money on this place. Smart Phone Repairz is a JOKE!!! I used them once and they screwed me, but I gave them the benefit of the doubt and decided to try them again. I really regret it. Here are my experiences with this place:



The first time, I took in my iPhone to get my broken glass screen fixed. They fixed the glass in 2 hours (after telling me it would only take 1). I picked up my phone and was on my way. Later that day, my phone started turning off on its own. I took it back and Smart Phone Repairz told me there was nothing they could do since I left their shop!! I ended up going to the Apple Store in San Antonio to see if they could fix my phone. Turns out, SMART PHONE REPAIRZ STOLE MY ORIGINAL BATTERY AND REPLACED IT WITH A CHEAP BATTERY!!!!! My phone had never been opened or fixed prior to taking it to Smart Phone Repairz, so how does one explain that?!?!



I should've never went back, but just recently, I dropped my Samsung Galaxy S5 in water and wanted to see if they could fix it. Their website says water damage takes 20 minutes to fix and only costs $20. Well I get there and am charged $30 and told it takes 24 hours. Ok whatever I guess! I pay the money and leave my phone to be fixed. 24 hours later, I haven't heard a thing from these people. I call to check the status and they tell me they're still working on it and are not sure how long it will take..... 3 days later I still hadn't heard anything from them, so I go in to the shop to see what's going on with my phone. My phone was sitting at the front desk waiting to be picked up, but NO ONE EVER CONTACTED ME!!! Not only was I never contacted, but whoever tried to repair my phone DAMAGED MY SCREEN!!!! It's horribly scratched and was not in that condition when I dropped it off. I asked to speak to the manager and he REFUSED TO COME OUT OF THE BACK ROOM!!!!!!!



Seriously, this place is a joke! I hope they get closed down soon. They do nothing but scam people out of their hard earned money! Please don't do any business with them!!!!!

This store had my phone for five days. My repair was $250 and paid an extra $20 for over night shipping. They did not check off over night shipping the first day after taking it in. Gave no updates on my phone to the number provided. On the third day of having my phone I called in to inquire about the status of my repair and they realized they messed up and only then ordered my parts to come in over night. None the less the parts took two days to come in. They then did not have a technichian on staff who could replace my screen so we waited longer. Then when it was finally supposed to be done they tell me they actually cannot fix the screen at all. So they had my phone for FIVE days for no reason. A refund was given. The service was awful and they were unprofessional and unhelpful.
