        Overall

        I would never recommend this State Farm agent. I canceled my policy and they allowed it to be reinstated by someone other than myself. I have called on multiple occasions to fix this and they have "fixed it" every time but nothing has ever changed. The last attempt I made to get this issue resolved I was told they could not give me any information because I am not the policy holder, but I am still getting the bills sent to me in my name... The "fixes" they claimed on the previous calls were to take me off the policy coverage but never removed me from being responsible for the policy payment.... The worst State Farm representative I have ever dealt with.
