Sold me a complete lemon - required engine replacement within weeks of purchasing, costing nearly $5,000.00. They refused to do anything other than tell me to put diesel oil in a gas engine to "solve" the problem. Bottom line - they lie about the vehicles they sell and take your money, with no ethics to stand behind their grandiose advertising or suspect vehicles they sell. Beware!

Buyer beware!!!! Trucks Unlimited misrepresents what they sell and leave the buyer holding the bag. Bought a 2004 Ford F-150 Super Crew 4X4. On line ad said "Well maintained," "Runs and drives great," "All scheduled maintenance," "Perfect first car." When checking truck out at dealership, asked if there were any known problems with the truck and told "No, we are a local business and our reputation in the local area is very important to us, so we don't sell junk vehicles." Test drive went okay and bought the truck. Driving home to Tyler, the check engine light came on just before arriving home. Ended up putting a remanufactured engine in it. Dealership refuses to make any accommodations, even when offered a 50/50 deal on the engine replacement - they accept no responsibility or counter offer. Negligent / fraudulent misrepresentation of the vehicle both on line and in person - representations which I relied upon in my decision to purchase the truck. Don't trust these guys.
