Parents had a furnace installed two years ago. They came in and criticized everything it was like everything had to be brand new. The last furnace was over thirty years old. Called them today because furnace was acting up. Their response was they would look at it only if it was on their overtime. Seriously! Parents are senior citizens and it's the middle of winter. My suggestion go elsewhere!
