First Convenience Bank

I have been with this bank since the came to Wal-mart. They are always attentive to my needs. I agree that they have had a turnover in their managerial staff, however the current manager Chris has been there for quite awhile. A year and a half ago I went to Texas and on my way there I had an issue with theft of my debit card number. I received prompt service. That card was cancelled immediately and they overnighted me a new one. I would highly recommend this bank to any and all interested parties.

I have a checking account with these people and I highly recommend that people stay away. The staff (in Walmart) has change three times since I started there only six months ago.. and they conned me into an "overdraft" protection that cost me $70 for just an $8 overdraft and it wasn't my doing and they wouldn't return it. Chase by comparison is only $34 if you need it.. but I recommend staying as far away from 1st as far as you can get. They'll screw you and laugh as you walk out the door..
