When I first came to the barn, the water trough outside had algae in it.to hang a fan on your stall or plug in a heated water bucket, it cost an extra $15/month. my horse would be standing in his stall covered in sweat from the 90 degree heat and the fan wasn’t turned on and they would unplug the heated water bucket even though I’m paying extra to have it plugged in.stalls weren’t cleaned thoroughly!I found three pee spots under the shavings.When I brought this issue up to the owner,she said,“We are doing the best we can.”Another time I found pee and poop under the shavings the owner said,“Oh I’m the one that cleaned his stall today.”This issue was never resolved.The stall was repeatedly unclean.They are sparse on the shavings they add to the stall.Many horses repeatedly were standing in their own piss by the end of the day.The facility itself, it is a nice, quiet, small barn with very friendly boarders.The girls that work out there are great!Overall, I would not board here again.
