LA Fitness

Katie is a sweetheart. I love the instructors. The upstairs has AC and the bathrooms / locker rooms are very clean. Plenty of parking and equipment. Nice equal gender mix. Everyone is polite and respectful. Would strongly recommend. Bring a towel, flip flops and enjoy the sauna / jacuzzi / pool.

The staff is super friendly and helpful! I drive 20 min to this gym when I drive passed 2 other gyms. Is very affordable and its equipped well!! Plus the free classes are a PLUS!!! :-)

1. The club manager (female blonde) is the most UNFRIENDLY of all of those who represent LA Fitness. Never a smile or friendly greeting at the entrance.

2. I complained about cell phones being used in the locker room and she did nothing until I contacted the corporate office and a single sign is now posted. Most cell phones can take pictures and that is why their use is prohibited in the locker room. It is not my job to "police" the locker room,but management takes no action when I report cell phone use in the locker room. Their attitude seems to be "don't bother me."

3. The general condition of the club is POOR. In the shower area, four showers do not work well...that is the hot water selector is actually the cold water and give versa. The shower selector is installed backwards and give and no one will fix it...no one who works there seems to care.

4. I have been a member since the club opened as Ballys. LA Fitness has done little to fix, repair, or improve ANYTHING.

5. Most members expect that the club will close soon.
