I chose to go to this eye care office simply because it was nearest to where I live. At first everything was fine and the medical work appeared to be done professionally. My new glasses arrived within the week - all good. I enjoyed the financial benefits of an employers discount plan, paid the bill and left - happy.

Several days later I received new information about the vision plan and CEC had seriously over charged me because they got all the benefits wrong. I went in to report the problem and get it fixed. That went well and they were very apologetic. They told me I was overcharged by by nearly $150 and advised I contacted employers discount plan administrator to request a refund. This I did and discovered that in fact I was overcharged by over $200! CEC also placed the blame for the errors on me which they never did to my face!

I won't be going back there anytime soon unless I have a problem with my glasses.
