I purchased five 3 year warranty pumps in august of 2010 and in January they failed causing flooding at the homes where they were installed. I showed them my reciept and they would not honor warranty because they worked when I got them to the store. They gave me my pumps back but told me that there was no warranty. Stuck with two questionable pumps.
