The original owners, Glean and Stephanie Kerr, recently returned to the business after a four-year hiatus, to direct day-to-day operations again. Glean started out as the only technician, and grew the company over many years. Stephanie left a 20-year career in the banking industry in 1990 to work side-by-side with Glean in managing the business. Together, they have worked to build a company that you can rely on for the best service anywhere!Over time, we expanded our service area, added technicians and office help, and developed a loyal following. After moving our home to Covina, we established Covina Appliance to service our local area.         Totally Awesome Service

        Had a Maytag Fridge go out. It was an emergency as the food would spoil. Called at 1pm and they came out by 4pm. They were willing to overnight a part in if needed (thought it was the compressor). We recently had a fire and this is our only working fridge. Turned out it was a relay that shorted - a fairly major item. Only cost $200 - parts and labor. No charge for the service call. Totally awesome. Would use again in a minute.
