Salem Terrace Apartments

Do not stay here! Go somewhere else! This apartment has a very bad mold problem! They dont show you the apartments until you move in for a reason! The office looks nothing like the unclean, bug infested, molded apartments you get to live in! The hallways are never clean and trash is everywhere! Do not fall for their bait and switch !!!

Property trashy, nothing EVER gets fixed (just patched), and the property manager and his staff lie time and time again. Think twice

I would not move back here if i had to chose between here and a card board box!



1. Management: the old management was drug addicts that did not care. The new management got the big head as if she is a super save a hoe for this community! She is rude, uneducated, and probably a similar protocol as to the previous!



2. Apartments: Nasty, old, and in need of renovations. No matter how well you clean them, they still are in desperate need of work. they are now covering mildew up with paint! Honestly needs to be torn down!



3.Crime: Terrible. if you have kids save thier lives and look elsewhere. Thugs are constantly in and out of this area and it seems as if the Sheriffs are so fed up they stop responding!
