His practice includes advising, negotiating, structuring, and documenting transactions. Patrick received his Juris Doctor magna cum laude from the University of Cincinnati College of Law. While in law school, he was an articles editor for the University of Cincinnati Law Review and a research assistant for Professors Ronna Greff Schneider. As a research assistant, Patrick edited portions of Professors Schneider’s treatise, Education Law: First Amendment, Due Process, and Discrimination Litigation, pertaining to race, gender, sexual orientation, desegregation, U.S. Department of Education administrative actions, and racial gerrymandering. Prior to joining Keith & Associates, Patrick practiced law at a large law firm in Northern Kentucky. In law school, Patrick participated in externships with the Honorable Lisa Allen, Hamilton County Court of Common Pleas, and the Honor able William O. Bertelsman, United States District Court for the Eastern District of Kentucky. Patrick graduated magna cum laude from Northern Kentucky University with a BA/BS in Economics and International Studies. During college, he spent a semester at l’Université de Caen-Basse Normandie in Caen, France, where he studied French and obtained a European Union recognized certification in French fluency. Patrick is a lifelong resident of Cincinnati, Ohio, and currently lives in the historic Over-the-Rhine neighborhood.
