        staff ignores some customers and seems to not care about providing customer service. they will look at you and not speak or ask if help is needed. I had to navigate through the store on my own without help. One associate announced that she was going to lunch after looking at me and deciding that she wasn't interested in helping me.

        This store has most of the things you are looking for however they are not the most helpful or friendliest people in town. I think it's because they are the ONLY game in town! They don't seem to care whether you buy or not. I would rather go online and only use them as a last resort.
