WORST PURCHASE EVER. After many run ins re: issues of tow hitch, which they had told me clearly my nisaan Morano would be able to be fitted and be able to haul the 2018 RETRO (used 8 months used). After many run ins and problems, trailer was delivered. Purchase was made in May and now that it is December with rains, have found serious leaking to one side of bed, leaking from top along seam and into closet, have to constantly mop up water/moisture. Now that I have looked over this, it can be easily seen to have been in some accident to that corner, someone had hid and mast the damage, but did not correct the damage. Also, was told the paneling was birch, the moisture has now exposed what was actually a thin wall paper over the veneer, which now in such a short time is beginning to look cheesy and cheap.....MY RECOMMENDATION WOULD BE TO STEAR FROM THE LOT, NOTHING BUT LIES.

AFTER SHOPPING FOR A TRAILER FOR SOME TIME, FOUND WHAT APPEARED TO BE THE THE RIGHT ONE, NEGOTIATED NOTHING AND RELIED ON REP WAS TELLING THE TRUTH. PURCHASED A 19' RIVERSIDE RV RETRO "WHITEWATER" FOR JUST UNDER $19,000, AFTER THE COMMITMENT WAS MADE AND PURCHASED, COME TO FIND OUT THE TRAILER IS WORTH JUST OVER $13,000. THIS MEANS THE AGENT SOLD THIS TRAILER AS IF IT WAS BRAND NEW AND THE BANK IS DINGING ME AS THE PURCHASER OF THIS OVER INFLATED "SOLD AS IF BRAND NEW" TRAILER. (THE VALUE IS ACTUALLY ONLY JUST OVER $13,000)....ALSO, NOTEWORTHY, IS THAT THE TRAILER WAS DELIVERED WITH A DEAD BATTERY, ALSO, THE INSIDE PANELING SEAMS ARE ALREADY SHOWING SWELLING OF THE STRIPPING (WHICH MEANS, THE DEALER IRONED THE STRIPS TO CONCEAL THIS DEFECT).....THERE IS ALSO SEVERAL OTHER SERIOUS DEFECTS THAT ARE LEFT TO ME TO FIX (EXTREMELY POOR SALESMANSHIP).....ALSO, WHENEVER I NEEDED TO TALK TO THE OWNER, HE WOULD BECOME DEFENSIVE, NOT WILLING TO ADDRESS ISSUES ......BTTM LINE: WOULD SUGGEST NOT EVEN STEPPING FOOT ON THEIR LOT ....I AM GOING TO END THIS IN THAT THIS WAS PURCHASED FOR A DISABLED PERSON, WHICH MEANS THE OWNER/SALESPERSON TOOK ADVANTAGE OF HIM
