Chef Paul Vuli has brought Fino to Westchester after 25 years in Midtown Manhattan. After stopping in Italy for a year on his way to America, Vuli started his professional career in the service industry in 1972 and quickly worked his way up, eventually opening Fino on 36th St. in Manhattan, which made a name for itself in it’s 25 years of business. At Fino Ristorante we specialize in making our own pasta among other specialty dishes. Our menu is developed and all ingredients are sourced by Chef Paul. We have a full bar as well as a private party room that can accommodate up to 100 people.
