Horrible. I went looking for a place that could take a walk-in and I come here, very disappointed. I had the stylist Maggie, and not only was she snotty, I brought in a picture and she snapped at me saying that it is not a good picture. She ended up cutting about 3-4 inches off my hair when I specifically said I would only like a trim and some layers. She also cut my bangs, all of which are NOT the same length. There's stringy pieces that she didnt even bother to cut. Not happy, nor will I ever suggest anyone to go there.
