Raintree Management

This is a gem in Culver City! It's a gate-guarded, well-kept, pet-friendly complex. There is a lake with walking paths, pool, spa, gym, rec room (rentable for parties) and lots of trees and green. Not noisy, but a quiet respite from the city. It's about 1- 1/2 miles from downtown Culver and Sony Studios, with restaurants and shopping within a short walk. Ideal for someone who wants a break from the hustle-bustle of the city, but near it as well. The new metro station is nearby, also. It's almost like having a vacation spot at home, and the people and employees are friendly, too.

Unless you enjoy stuck up nighbors. Dont move here. These people believe they are better than everyone. When in reality they are so stupid. Im talking about dont park in one spot for more then 3 days or u get a ticket. And your car better be clean or you get complaints. And you better have a baby that doesnt cry because they will call security. All in all raintree is a nice place but only if you ignore the people that live next to you
