Enterprise Rent-A-Car

We rented a convertible and paid a premium price to enjoy our weekend. I had to clean the interior myself and also had a terrible cigarette smoke smell that would not go away. It was so bad that it was strong with the top down on the highway. At first I didn't notice because they had tried cover it up with "smell good" cleaner/perfume. We were taking a weekend trip out of town and a couple of hours down the road we began to be annoyed by the smell. The next day our goal was to work with another local branch where we were out of town to swap the car out but were told that it wasn't their responsibility and we should handle the issue with our local branch. We purchased deodorizer and spent and afternoon working on the seats, floor mats and all the carpeting, we even had to deodorize the smell out of the trunk. I'm glad I could do their job for them... Very disappointed in the service and the experience we had.
