Jesus, the receptionist was horrible when I tried to make a appointment. She just had to remind me that I missed a appointment in 2011 and one in 2013. WTH I just need to see the doctor. Then she said she didn't think the doctor could fill my prescription. Who is this lady?? Just do your job and make appointments and tell patients that they can walk in please. Stop trying to be more than what you are.

Overall

Women's Health OB/Gyn Management should not come by seniority, The person should be qualified. A degree would be nice, if not at least let that person be a good fit for the position. I witnessed if a manager does not like you they would start picking until either you quit, your so uncomfortable and make mistakes, or they just get rid of you over frivolous reasons.

I've been familiar with this practice for a few years now. Going in i was just like everyone else. Income based, get you in so the doctor can look you up and down. And then tell you your going to live for another year, follow up and pay for your visit. Yada yada. The lady up front, however, rude, no personality. I mean if you hate your job that much, leave and let someone who actually has a sense of being take your place. This will be my last visit. I came and got what I needed. Now I'll be moving on.

Hope at last

Went to Georgia Highlands yesterday. My daughter has a problem that has been re-occurring for years. Ashley Ford is the best Nurse Practitioner we have ever talked to. She actually took the time to listen. I recommend her 100%. She gave us hope and she is amazing!
