Much like Suzanne R. in Sep 2014, I had a similar problem. They said they would arrive between 8-12, however when noon came, no one called or showed. If someone would have simply called to inform me it would have been ok. Instead, Patricia, the manager, hung up on me! Horrible!

We have used J. Martin's Appliance and Refrigeration several times to service our refrigerator. They are efficient and reasonable. We will definitely use them again in the future.

Very impressed!! i am so thankful, my dryer had not been working for over a week. i called many other companies but no one could fix the issue. a friend of my referred me to j martians, a tech came out tested my dryer and it came back as all i needed were my vents cleaned. so they were out the next day to clean them. Thank you so much i have no idea what i would of done.

I would just like to start by saying how amazed i am with this company. I just had a baby 6 weeks ago, and low and behold my washing machine decided to stop working. It started with the clothes not having the water drain out of them. I was panicking, here i was with a new born going through 8 outfits a day and not being able to wash her clothes. I had no idea what i was going to do, then a friend of mine gave me the phone number to J martins. I called and explained the situation, and the next day i was on the schedule. The Tech Dave came out and diagnosed my unit and that he had to order a part, but within 3 days my part was there and they called me to come back out. They were very kind and fixed my Maytag washer the next day. While Dave was here he took a look at my dryer vent, at no cost to me. I was very surprised to find out that they were a disaster. He then notified me they also offer Dryer vent cleaning and told me about the special they have on. I am so thankful that he did, so i booked my appointment for the next week. They have been doing business for 15 years and have no complaints with BBB. All techs have more then 15 years experience servicing high end appliances.very few compliants for the amount of time in buisness. Thank you for reading this.

Ijust want to comment On this last customers review.If I was your boss and I made public comment's about you. Every time you was late every time you didn't show up for work. or was late. How would feel about me,would you want to come back and work. Or end it now.You were very mean to me .I have a pace maker and taking high blood pressure meds because of warranty work.I do high volume thank you for several mfgs. And have for last 14 years in business.Their customers xpect perfection we make two trip's on alot of calls for 70.00 dollars.Now we have to wait 45 to 60 day if we even get paid.My parts bill is due in 30 so I am always in debt and at the edge of cut off with my parts company.I they owe us 20.000 dollars they send us a check for 300.00 to 1800.00.no profit in this might make payroll if I dig in to my pockets.let alone having money to buy parts.but I still have to dell with people like you sir.wanting to make my life even worse off with your public post.we took nothing from you we made a simple schedule mistake.so why the post at all.your selfishness is posted.And the few little selfish post we have had in 14 years speaks for its self. NOTHING MAJOR GOD Bless you I will pray for you to be more understanding. Sorry for our mistake.

We were originally scheduled for service (someone to come out and figure out what is wrong with our oven) Last Monday. I get a call Monday morning needing a reschedule because something came up. Totally understand, things happen. So, we RS for Wednesday. The guy comes out and asks me what's wrong with my oven, I tell him, he opens my oven, closes it, then tells me that its "one of two things". He said he would order both parts to be sure, and that he would call when the parts come in "in 5-7 days- but typically within 3 or 4" his words. Now today, exactly 7 days later my husband called them, gave them our info again and they send a new person out. When this man arrived he was thinking he would be 'diagnosing' the problem. When I told him that someone came out last week, that out parts are suppose to be here he stepped out to call his office. When he came back inside he said that either the technician forgot to order it, or the office did something wrong. I told him i was not happy and that it made me weary of his company. He told me "that we were going to start from scratch, he was going to diagnose the problem and We would go from there" . I told him 'thank you' and then also thanked him for being pleasant, when I mentioned to him that I was going to write a review he was not very pleasant after that. He actually argued me, told me that "just because my day was bad didn't mean I had to do that to a company" -- in all honesty the my review wasn't going to be bad, just honest, originally I was just going to explain that 'they were polite and easy to work with, just the business needs to work on communicating' but I do have to say tantrum that was thrown followed by storming out of my house, telling me that he won't fix my oven. Changed mind.
