I was happy with Sanitation Solutions at first until I was home one pickup day and saw their guys throw our recycling into our trash can and dump everything on the truck. I called and was told that they weren't sending a recycling truck down our street because there weren't enough stops, but that the pickup guys were supposed to be bagging our recycling and taking it separately and that it wouldn't happen again. A couple months later, I was home on pickup day again, and I watched it happen again. It took a week of calling and emailing the company to finally get a response, and that response was "We're no longer going to offer you recycling." I suspect all of our recycling went to the landfill during the year or so we used them.

Service was great when first started but after 6 months the service for trash pickup has repeatedly been missed. When calling them they say I'm sorry it will be next week. 4 weeks in a row they have missed our trash. The drivers are reporting picking up the trash and yet not doing it. Go to another company save your money and a headache. Terrible service.

We have a personal home security camera and we noticed some trash on the ground, we reviewed our footage and we see the recycling team open the can, shake their head and proceed to throw trash out of the bin and grab what they felt could be recycled. We sent the footage to the company and were told we would be contacted the next day by a supervisor. She calls us the following day and asks what is wrong. We explain that we understand some of the items in the bin were not recyclable but we did not see why it is "professional" behavior to toss garbage onto the street and gutter because it does not belong in the bin. She exclaimed that they did not see an issue with this. The un-recyclable material was some metal wire fencing we had removed from our property and balled up as well as barbed wire. The supervisor did not seem to care that there were barbed wire balls on the ground where children or pets could've walked over. The tone & lack of care from the supervisor was very disrespectful.

This organization has been nothing but professional, courteous, honest, and bends over backwards to make sure they meet our needs and requirements in a timely & efficient manner. I could not be happier with their extraordinary customer care, their routinely superior trash & recyclables removal (I am an ex-Advanced Disposal customer), and their cost savings for my family, to boot. Kevin Best’s Sanitation Solutions Inc is the BEST; without question.

Skip this "service provider" I put my trash out every Monday night however when I call Tuesday evening to figure out why my trash was not picked up the csr tells me the drivers GPS says plain as day he stopped at my home. The lady then says she will have someone come out Thursday so I keep my trash at the curb and I come back Thursday and my trash is still full and foul smelling. DO NOT GET THIS SERVICE THEY ARE RUDE AMD UNPROFESSIONAL IF YOU PAY FOR A SERVICE AND DONT RECEIVE IT I ASKED IF I COULD GET A REDUCED RATE NEXT MONTH I WAS TOLD NO SO I CANCELLED MY SERVICES IMMEDIATELY. THESE PEOPLE ARE CROOKS AND I REALLY WANT TO SUE.

Avoid this company ,

We had service at 2 differen addresses with this company

i the first neighborhood it was a collective contract for about 30 some homes

They skipped our trash cab several times

and when i called , they refused to correct it

had to call in the help of neighborhood treasurer , who had to threaten cancellation of the total collective contract !!

to make them pick up my trash



Then go forward a few years

I live in a new neighborhood

where each owner has its own service



they lured me in with a competitive offer

only been with them for about 3 months



already 4 times skipped my trashbin



When i called this last time

( september 3rd week 2014 )

to have them come out to correct



first i get scolded by employee

for forgetting to put my bin out

( which i did not forget !!! )

always put out the night before

Even though .........

They pick up in this new neighborhood late in the afternoon or even early evening next day !!



i asked for manager on phone

Owner comes on the phone

Scolds me in very rude ! and profanity laced manner for forgetting to put out my Bin

( Not true !! )



Then hangs up on me before i can reply !



TIME TO CHANGE SERVICE !!



These folks are unprofessional

devoid of any service mindedness

unfriendly

and just outright ......



RUDE !!!

I will update this in a few months after I have received garbage service for a while. As of today though, I am impressed with the customer service I received from this company. Such a difference from WM which never would come to our house on their scheduled day. My service is also a much better price for the same once a week pick up plus recycling.
