My goal is to help others learn a healthy lifestyle from the inside out thru motivation and encouragement. I have a passion for life and look forward to a lifetime of helping others thru positive energy. I invite you to visit my private yoga studio where I practice bodywork in Thai Yoga Massage, as well as private ands small group sessions for Yoga and Pilates.         OMG, I can't say enough about ...

        OMG, I can't say enough about Fit4Life Zen Studio, I started yoga classes with Traci a couple of months ago and then took it a step further and started seeing Traci weekly for her Thai Yoga Massage Session. She has done amazing things to and for my body. My sciatica pain is almost gone, I have more movement, and I feel refreshed and renewed... Thank you so, so much Traci, you are one amazing woman.
