Outback Steakhouse

Not such a great experience for my birthday. Steak was tough, took 1 hour to get the onion. No lemon for tea, asked 3 times. No ice in ice tea. I did not complain about anything. They took the onion off without us saying a word.. Prices way too high for that service and quality. They were not busy when we went in on Sunday before 5PM. Sorry, first visit is the last.#friendly staff

The steak, grilled lobster, shrimp and mushrooms were so over-spiced with pepper that you could not taste the food at all. This is our second bad experience at this Outback, the first time the food was not warm and the waiter spilled a drink on my husband. We have been there our 4th and final time. My 84 year old aunt sent her steak back and they did it right, but seemed angry with her rather than sincerely apologetic. This place does not deserve to be in business with Longhorne, Steak on a Stone and Charley's on the same street. Avoid them and save your tastebuds.
