        This business lost our cleaning and has made no offer of replacement or restitution. This is no way to run a business and does not inspire confidence. We will definitely be taking our cleaning to another vendor and letting others know of our experience. Word of mouth can be good or bad--especially for a small business--and good customer service always wins out.
