Cypress Taekwondo

This company contracts with Kids R Kids to provide day time classes and my son was enrolled for nearly a year. Recently, I'd grown tired of the lack of communication with parents at the preschool, rude/arrogant instructors, canceled classes, and heavy political leanings of the company. Politics and religion is absolutely crammed down our throats. We didn't enroll our 5 year-old son in the program for religious instruction or political activism. We simply wanted him to learn the art as well as Eastern (hello, this is Taekwondo) character-building values of honor, courage, honesty, etc. The very same day I voiced my concerns to management, my son's name was inexplicably omitted from the class roster. Every other child's name in the class was called, but his--without explanation to my son or to us. He was excluded from participating in class! Meanwhile, the bank draft for this month's payment is still scheduled to go through. What a horribly unprofessional way to handle a parent's concerns! I highly advise against enrolling your child - there are plenty of other martial arts facilities all over the area. No child or parent should be treated so callously.
