I got the most amazing recreation of the top tier of my wedding cake recently. My wife and I were so pleased we could get it in time for our anniversary. ShowCakes was helpful and knowledgeable, as well as professional. We will certainly be back for more.

I was so disappointed when I saw the cake I ordered for my friend's bridal shower. The shower theme was "Around the clock" so I ordered a round cake with a clock face. The decorations looked tacky like something a 5yr old could put together. Then to top it off, the cake I ordered was vanilla and I got a chocolate cake instead. I asked for a discount since the shower was that day and the lady said I should leave the cake instead even after I explained to the her that I was driving to Dallas right now and I wouldn't be able to get another one on time. I had no choice but to leave with the cake especially since I didn't place the order with her. I called to speak with Mike who I placed the order with who said there was nothing he could do either. He was so rude and hung up the phone on me even with my attempt to resolve the issue amicably. I plan on filing a charge dispute with my bank. I was fooled by the pictures on their website, don't let that happen to you.
