Flowers & More

My sister ordered flowers to be a surprise, to be delivered to my mother. So much for my mother opening the door for a surprise. Flowers & More called my mother for directions for deliver of the flowers instead of talking to the person ordering the flowers.



I spoke with my mother who was very disappointed that the intended surprise of opening the door was taking away from her and to add to this she said the communication with the person she was spending several minutes on the phone with trying to get her to understand the direction..her english understanding was not 100% frustrated her more.



I personally called to express in the future do not call the person getting the flowers but call the person who ordered them because you do not know the circumstance behind the order and you can spoil what was intended to be a happy surprise. I understood my mothers frustration when trying to speak to this woman and get her to understand our complaint, She was

rude to me and apparently my sister had called prior and she prior to tell me that my sister was not a nice person.



My family will not deal with this business they were very unprofessional. as of me writing this and several hours have passed with the direction, mind you this business is less than 2 miles from my mothers. she still has not received the flowers that were to be delivered.
