Did business here for over 6 years. Guess for some money really is the root of all evil. Hope it was worth $236 Jeff.

I was referred to this shop by my Firestone. After calling and speaking with the manager "Junior", I got a preconceived notion that the place was shady to begin with but I trusted my Firestone and took my car anyways. The place had zero parking places upon arrival and was told by a hefty man with glasses to just leave it where ever I could fit it and offered no help as he walked back towards the building not even looking back when he spoke.



After finally getting out of there, I waited for their call. Junior was the person who called back and gave me a shockingly large estimate...mind you, one of my turn signal bulbs was not working. The estimate went well over $1200 and again, I felt like something wasn't right here. So I returned to the shop and paid their diagnostic fee and left with my car.



I have a friend who once worked for Ford and so he offered to look at it so I took it to his shop. He admitted he wasn't an "electrical specialist" but it I figured it couldn't hurt anything. One hour after the vehicle was dropped off at my friends shop, he calls me back and explains that the problem was the wrong bulb was installed into the socket and that's why it wasn't flashing. This made since because four days before, I replaced my brake light bulb myself and obviously just put the wrong bulb in!



I generally don't get online and leave reviews about places wether good or bad but I was so amazed at how these people were literally trying to steal that much money from me because of a WRONG BULB! I called the Firestone back and told them about the issue I had with AES and hopefully nobody else becomes a helpless victim by these thieves. I advise everyone else who reads this to not take their vehicle here as well!
