Beneficial Home Health Care

Its not a good company to work for. The supervisor picks who she gives clients to. I work for over a month in a half with only a 4 hour patient but being told they get patients all the time. I was forced to get another job to go along with the 4 hr. $8 hr.job because my family couldn't survive off $45 every 2 weeks. I was encouraged by management to be patient that other openings were coming within. Yet when should up for scheduled interview, no one was there to interview me. The lady that was there, made a call. When hung up...she tells me the positions been filed. Yet I'm a employee and it would been easy to notify of such information instead of allowing me to show up to a lifeless office. I continue to work with my 4hr.client because I need the money..but I would beware of small business as such that treat employee's unfairly. Management is rude, unprofessional, and snappy.
