First Convenience Bank

Non Regulated Bank Please beware. They do not follow Federal Banking Regulations. Their systems of posting, pending and payments are suspect. I feel it only fair to post a warning. If you choose to continue banking with them, take your account documentation to an attorney and have them explain how 1st Convenience is going to rip you off, so you will understand clearly when it happens. This bank still processes charges from largest charge to smallest charge so that they can charge you more overdraft fees. Additionally, if you have an authorization such as for a car rental, they deduct the authorization from your account and will charge overdraft fees for ANY other charges to your account in the mean time, even if the authorization does not process. I AM CANCELLING MY ACCOUNT with this bank. They love to steal money illegally from your account.
