        It is an all bills paid property so it has saved me tons of money because the rent is already low, and then I didn't have to pay utilities either. The management was nice, they always were polite to me and responded to my maintenance problems.

        I would give this place no stars if it was a rating option. It's the most disgusting roach infested place ever! The staff is awful and has no concern for their tenants. My father lives here and he never wants me to go visit after dark without someone accompanying me. He says it's extremely unsafe here. Please don't put yourself at risk for cheaper rent, you can find a good deal elsewhere.
