Lifecare Hospitals of Dallas

The hospital is very clean. The nurses and doctors were wonderful. My Mom was very sick and we were so scared that she wasn't going to make it. The wonderful staff there made us feel very comfortable and at ease. We stayed with Mom for the first several days and met many wonderful people. After that we knew she was getting the best care. We even met the CEO. He was always visiting with famalies, other patients, and his staff. I have never seen a CEO of a hospital doing any of that.



The doctor we had saw us every day. He took the time to answer all of our questions. He was truly a God send.



This is the best hospital I have ever been in.

I would not take my worst enemy or any of my ex husbands here. This place is negligent, scrupulous, and horrifying. My father has congestive heart failure and kidney problems, the reason he was sent here from another hospital (thank you Mr. Obama) and this place has proceeded to have a physical therapist lie about being in several patients rooms over the weekend doing therapy and signing off on his time card. They have ignored calls from my dad's room to assist in removing the handicap toilet, so he had to smell feces for a period of time. My dad had been on a medication for many years to keep fluid from building up around his heart was taken off only to gain 18 pounds in 3 days, causing his heart to have to pump harder as we know it sends the blood to the body, Now he has a port in his neck , which was not properly placed making him bleed for several hours. When the doctor came back to fix the problem, he asked for this and that, but got little of none. Why, because they were out of stock on some of the stuff. How can a hospital run out of typical sutures and bandaids? If you have to go, then you have no choice, but be sure you have legal documents for family to help handle your medical situation, or you may not make it out of this place.

I would not recommend this facility my mother was there twice and her care was inconsistent and negligent.
