        I love this store!

        I was looking for a second embroidery machine for my business. I called, they had what I was looking for and I went in to see it the same day. It was mid afternoon, they took extra time to service it so I could take it home that day and stayed late to teach me how to use it! They were professional and super friendly. I will purchase from them again and again. P.S. I have not had a bit of trouble with my new machine! It runs perfect!

        Recently I was frustrated with...

        Recently I was frustrated with my sewing machine because the bobbin thread tension wouldn't hold. After sewing awhile it would get loose again. A friend of mine had taken her machine to Mr. Sewing Machine to be cleaned and told me it made a world of difference.



        I took my computerized machine in to them at Harry Hines location and explained what was happening. For under $100, it is like I have a brand new machine! OMG! I can't believe how well it is working! They are so friendly over there and take the time to listen and explain things. I go there often to shop the Golden D'Or fabric outlet behind them. They have a whole room just for trims!



        I cannot recommend this place enough! If you are struggling with your machine, take it in to Mr. Sewing Machine immediately!
