I was excited about the prospect of getting a true neopolitan style pizza so close to home. My wife and I went on a Thursday night and the crowd was not bad. The restaurant was beautiful and we were very excited for our upcomming experience. We were seated quickly and that is where it went south. It took 10 minutes before we wer greeted by our waitress and another 10-15 minutes to get our bottle of wine. We ordered a couple of salads, along with a marghrita and quatro pizzas. The salads came and my wifes was swimming in dressing and the tomatoes on my caprese were mealy and had the stem core still in them. We both looked at eachother and hoped the pizzas were better. They came, were very hot and smelled great. We ate the first couple of bites and they seemed to be ok. As we got into the next few bites, we noticed it was bitter. We looked at the bottom of the pies and almost half of the bottom was burnt. We told the waitress and she seemed put off, but offered to have a couple more made. By this time we had had enough. We left very disappointed.
