Riverstone Residential Group

I have worked for the Riverstone group as a paint vendor on one of two of there properties. Three months have passed by and I still havent been paid.This company is very unproffessional and elusive with bill payment. If you are a contractor DO NOT WORK FOR THIS COMPANY THEY ARE CROOKS AND WONT PAY!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

I am writing to you as I wasn’t sure with whom to do so.

As a 70 year old male who has a wife that is disabled, my options are very limited.

We moved to Cary, NC to avail her of the worldwide reputation and skills of Duke University in Durham.

We were very fortunate to have an Orthopedic Surgeon who is considered renown. He performed 2

back surgeries on Marie, within 3 days of each other. It was quite a serious operation however it was successful as I prayed it would be.

We moved from S. Florida to an Apartment complex in Cary(4/20/2013) and signed a 15 month lease. This way we were 20 minutes from Duke and she would have time to recuperate from the operation. Our plans were to relocate back to South Florida once she was doing better and we did.

We moved out on 7/19/2014; there were never any complaints against us; our rent was always paid a minimum of 5 days before the first and our place was very clean.

Without too much detail now, the management company, Riverside Residential Group is refusing to refund our security deposit of $1099. The Property Manager(uses 2 names-Kalien Lunn & Kaleina McCole)told us we would receive the refund by Friday 9/5. She then said late in the afternoon on Friday she “perceived” that we would receive the check by Fed. EX Untold e-mails and phone conversations have gone unheeded.

We are both on a fixed income and I had to cancel 2 doctors appointments as our Social Security checks do not come in until the 3rd Wednesday of a month.



If you are not the person who could assist us, can you please point me in the direction of who can.
