        Sorry the problem is not with ...

        Sorry the problem is not with South Dallas smiles but the lady who owns it also rents homes in south dallas under Dorsey Investments this place should be shut down they HER AND HUSBAND ERIC DORSEY dont care about their tenatnts at all they dont fix none of their homes all they want is money. They rent you the home with some lease called RENT AS IS ive talked to my laywer and there is no such thing.



        If you rent from them GET OUT ASAP they will scew you over!!!!!
