You're giving this place a 1-star review about overgrown pine trees without even walking inside the facility? Wow! That’s harsh. My mother has been in this facility for over a year and she's been well supported by staff who treat her lovingly. Right now there's a staff to patient ratio of 1:1, so my mother gets the kind of hands-on care she needs to give our family peace of mind. She’s always clean and fed. Her room has also always been clean. If you show up early in the morning, you'll see the staff working hard to wash the morning dishes, prepare for the afternoon meal, and clean the house. I work in tandem with them to care for my mother. Before she runs out of anything, they call me. They've call me to discuss her medical issues. I've even been accompanied to the doctor by one of her caregivers. My mom has a nice view outside her window where she can easily look out and see surrounding neighbors, children walking to and from school, and me as I pull into the driveway to see her. My siblings and I are grateful for the care our mother is receiving at Elle's. So if you want to know more about this place, you'll have to do more than drive by and look at the pine trees.
