Not a good dentist! I went in for a simple filling and they couldn't even get that correct. They left me in excruciating pain! The dentist didn't even look at my mouth when I told her about this knee dropping pain and just assumed I needed a root canal. Long story shirt, after traveling to Chicago for a root canal, turns out the filling was done wrong. The worst part is I'm still trying to find a good dentist that can fix what seems to be irreversible damage to tissue and bone. Don't go here even if you are on medicaid!

Overall

Absolutely aweful experience overall! I was pleasantly surprised to find a dentist that had almost no 2-8 weeks waiting time only to learn why the latter was true. Had a tooth pulled and about 2 hours later, it hurt like a you-know-what!! Even when called back, there was ZERO offers for pain meds or prescriptions even after I called saying there was an issue with pain. They said that it was just a simple extraction. I'm thinking to myself, "wow! It's just a simple heart transplant!" Bottom line, you can put the words "just" or "simple" in front of any line to belittle the procedure while in reality, it was "just" a bone that was ripped from your skull. I was going to give two stars for at least accepting Medicaid but I can't; Medicaid or not, we are real people too!! It's equally amazing that some dentists hand out a two-minute cheapie hourglass timer because you should brush for at least two minutes every day! I find it awefully strange how the "official cleaning" at this dentist lasted literally, 38 seconds. I'm really hoping the subsequent ER visit just to get pain med prescription gets charged back to this irresponsible and uncaring business. Next time, please advise me over the phone that fishing line and a pickup truck would've been a better extraction managaement plan than the cruelty offered at this place. If you enjoy pain within 6 inches of your pain processor (jaw to skull), then this is the place for you! Otherwise, shop elsewhere or go get that 30lb. fishing line and check out a DIY video online.
