        Overall

        Incredibly rude customer service. I could tell from the moment the receptionist (or nurse) answered the phone she was not interested in helping me. When I thanked her for her time, she responded with "uh huh" and hung up in my ear. Not deserving of my business..Go to Stanford if you are looking for quality prenatal care.
