Penn Motel

This motel is the worst I have ever seen. It was dirty and run down. My room was INFESTED with ROACHES. They were everywhere- in the bed, in the shower, on the shower curtain, behind the mirror, ect. When I made the manager aware, she seemed surprised. She told me that her husband was "bombing" another room. I asked for a refund for my unused nights. I was told there is a NO REFUND POLICY. I would sleep on the ground before I would stay at this motel again.
