MedExpress Urgent Care

I am very disappointed with the service I received at the Danville Virginia MedExpress. When I finally saw the doctor she made it very obvious that she was in a hurry. She spoke very fast and made me feel very rushed. The first thing she said to me is, she is not going to give me the shot; I told her it helped me the last time, but she totally ignored me. She looked in my ears and mouth, told me she'd give me a prescription for prednisone, and quickly exited the room. My entire visit last about ten minutes. I have been taking the medication as directed and so far I feel just as bad as I did yesterday if not worse. My face is still very swollen, itchy, and painful. I feel like I wasted my time and what little money I have by going to MedExpress. The doctor I saw (Johnna Thomas) did not help me at all. I will NEVER go back to MedExpress and I will NEVER EVER recommend any of my friends or family go there.
